About Michelle

I have been a mom for 5 years, worship leader for 7 years, and a wife for 9. In the past 10 years my husband and I have joined our local ministry worship team, become part of the leadership at our church, had 3 children all born at home and learned to Worship God through highs and lows of it all. My husband returned to school when I was pregnant with our second daughter and got his degree in Web Design (he rocks!). During his time as a student, we had to learn to get creative with our limited finances. God always provided because we honored Him and we learned that knowledge means nothing if you don’t put your faith into action.

Since becoming a mom, I have taken a journey of natural and frugal stewardship, changing the way we eat to real foods, using natural remedies for ailments and staying away from harsh chemicals in our household.

The Lord recently called me to homeschool my kids and I am constantly learning grace in doing so!

Join me as God walks me through life as a wife, mother and worship leader!  I will share my thrifty finds, my DIY items, recipes, faith as a worship leader and maybe you will teach me something too!

  1. Hi Michelle,

I hope you’re doing well. I’m contacting you to see if you would be interested in having your Mediterranean Salmon recipe featured on http://www.BuildaMenu.com. If so, we’d love to use it on our menu for a week. In addition to having it on our site for our members to add to their menu, we would do a “featured recipe” post on our blog showing the picture of your recipe, telling people where we got it from and then link on over to your blog for anyone else to get the recipe. We would also do a shout out on our social media platforms which would bring more traffic to your site.

If you’re interested, we would love to feature your recipe. I look forward to hearing from you!

PS. I mentioned that recipe in particular, but if you have others you’d like us to feature, please feel free to let us know. We offer almost 300 recipes a week and while we’re just beginning the “featured” recipe program, we are looking to highlight several a week by different bloggers. We’d love to work with you, too!

I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks! ~ Karee

I am getting the hang of blogging and getting my different recipes online quickly, sorry for the delayed reply!
