We are in week 2 of the breakfast challenge.
So far, eh. I keep forgetting I am making a change.
So I put a reminder in my kitchen.
1. Get kids in bed/tucked in/prayers/read story by 10:00pm
2. Wake up at least 1 hour before they do
3. Meal planner (this is a must must must)
4. Coffee in the morning (not really a must, but a strong desire)
